The latest model of the PCI Express based camera series xiB CB500 is equipped with the Cmosis CMV50000 sensor. The high-grade 35mm, full frame, global shutter CMOS sensor has a 7,920x6,004 pixels resolution and the ability to provide 8, 10, 12 or 14-bit images. With the help of PCI Express the 48MP sensor is able to reach a speed of over 30fps at full resolution. The camera's data and control interface are fully compliant with PCI Express External Cabling Specifications, which allows 20Gbit/s and real data throughput of 1550MB/s.
