During my work experiences for a leader of industrial vision, helping multinational manufactures to set up vision systems, I realized the importance of automating visual inspection to improve productivity, quality and profitability, while having control and visibility over the production in Realtime 24/7. However, for most challenging applications with complex parts and backgrounds, the conventional vision fails to reproduce human vision detection. My idea is to democratize the access to AI by creating an intuitive and efficient deep learning solution compatible with all existing major vision software.
To which questions will your products be an answer?
Be it cracks on shiny parts, scratches down to pixel level, character recognition, sealing integrity, parts localization for pick and place, we offer tools to solve them all. Our deep-learning software Retina is used in medical products, luxury watches, food, automotive industries and whenever premium quality is required. With our software, there is no requirement to write a single line of code nor to be familiarized with deep learning to deploy an AI inspection within minutes. It does not require a vision engineer finetuning for weeks and modifying parameters frequently during production shifts.
What makes your company unique?
From the hardware selection to the software deployment, we can either offer turn-key solutions or help our customers gain innovative knowledge. We are used to support customers for AI validation in demanding applications such as in medical industries. We are vision experts who develop products with functionalities and performance you cannot find elsewhere on the market. Thus, we own our optimized edge-computing platforms to run Retina locally in the factory automation industries. We can respond to specific OEM needs by customizing our algorithms, such as speeding-up inspection or running on existing hardware.
